Notice of Annual Meeting and Procedures for Nomination

Join us for California Credit Union's 93rd Annual Meeting of Members

At this meeting, members may elect candidates for:

Board of Directors:
(3) Three-Year Terms and
(1) Two-Year Term Positions

Supervisory Committee:
(2) Three-Year Term Positions

If you would like to be considered as an unpaid volunteer on the Credit Union’s Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee, you may request an application by contacting the Nominating Committee at (818) 291-6799.

Nominations for office may also be made by petitions signed by no less than 100 members. A biographical summary of 250 words or less and a Candidate Certification form must accompany the petition. All petitions must be received by 12:00pm (PT) on April 4, 2026.

If the election is contested, voting will take place in person at the Annual Meeting.

The credit union’s Annual Report that will be discussed at the meeting will be available on our website at ccu.com/annual-report. You do not need to attend the meeting in order to obtain the Annual Report.
