Membership at California Credit Union is open to:
- Any immediate family, spouse, partner or household member of a California Credit Union member
OR - Any employee, retiree (pensioner or annuitant) or unpaid volunteer of a Partner Organization – plus, once you join, your immediate family and household members can enjoy membership too
OR - If you don’t meet one of the requirements above, you or your business can join through a complimentary membership in the American Consumer Council

Select Employer Groups
Strong partnerships with local employers allow us to share the benefits of membership with their employees and families. If you are an employee, retiree (pensioner or annuitant) or unpaid volunteer for one of these Select Employer Groups (SEGs), you are eligible to join and experience everything your credit union has to offer. As an added benefit, once you join, your immediate family and household members are eligible for membership as well.

American Consumer Council
No matter where you live, work or do business, you’re eligible to join California Credit Union through a complimentary membership in the American Consumer Council (ACC). There is no cost, no application or extra steps for you – we’ll handle it all.

Headquartered in San Diego, the ACC is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to consumer education, advocacy and financial literacy. To learn more about its programs and services, visit americanconsumercouncil.org.
No! We’ll enroll you in the ACC as part of the California Credit Union membership enrollment process. There are no extra steps for you to complete.
There is no cost to you. Your membership in the ACC is provided to you compliments of California Credit Union as a member benefit of joining our credit union.
No. As a Lifetime Member, you remain a member of the ACC indefinitely. It is not necessary to renew your membership.
The ACC does not sell, lease or lend membership data to anyone. Your credit union membership data and information are kept confidential and secure.
